Cost and Funding
The cost to become part of the Envirocare Grounds Maintenance brand is £43,000 + VAT (the VAT is recoverable). Included within this price is everything you will need to start and run your business (access full details under list of start- up equipment on the menu).
Many of the Franchise Areas include existing contracts that can be transferred to appointed Franchisees – these areas currently include Humberside and Yorkshire.
In addition to the initial cost you will also require approximately £10,000 in working capital to enable you to run and develop the business in its early stages.
If you are considering obtaining funding from a Bank Envirocare have developed excellent relationships with the dedicated Franchise Teams of leading Banks who will consider providing funding for up to 70% of the costs, subject to status, security, terms and conditions.
