Philip and David understand from their extensive business experience and research of successful Franchisors the importance to Franchisees of providing them with effective support whilst keeping the cost of the Franchise to a minimum. The support includes:-
- Marketing – investment is made on a continuous basis in a range of marketing activity. This is supported by a telesales team whose activities include handling enquiries from prospective customers directed through a unique 0800 number. A bespoke marketing launch campaign is agreed with each Franchisee and monthly marketing plans are established with each Franchisee and support provided to implement these.
- Training - 3 weeks - Start-up package – comprehensive start up package includes everything required to start trading.ntensive training and on-going ‘hands on’ training.
- Health and Safety – provision of a full management system.
- Human Resources – provision of framework and management system.
- Head Office Support – provided by an experienced and highly professional team.
- Local Operational Support – provide by Operations Managers.
- Accounts Support – this includes centralised invoicing, credit control and general support on all areas of financial control.
- Business and Financial Planning Support – provided through Business Support Managers and Finance Managers.
- Insurance Arrangements – access to exclusive arrangements.
